What we collectand who sees it.

When you unlock the tools, we ask for your first name, your email address, and your business name. Business name is optional. First name and email are required.

Inside the tools, we save everything you type in. That means:

• What you do and who you help.
• What your clients dread, and things they have actually said to you.
• One true thing about yourself that you offered up as your witty line.
• Your offer, your pricing, and your timeframe.
• The introductions and offer analyses we generate for you, and which options you picked from the choices we gave you.
• Whether you came back and marked that your introduction actually worked when you tested it in a room.

Becoming Irresistible can see everything you create in these tools, both individually and in aggregate. We look at it to improve the tools and to understand what people are getting stuck on. We are telling you that plainly because you deserve to know, not burying it in a subclause.

We do not sell your data. We do not share individual entries with anyone outside Becoming Irresistible.

Everything you enter into the Introduction Builder or the Offer Analyzer is sent to Google Gemini through the Lovable AI gateway so it can generate your results. The prompt includes your answers and our teaching library.

Google processes it to return the answer and does not use it to train its public models under the Lovable gateway terms. It leaves our database when we call it and the generated answer comes back into our database.

Supabase hosts our database. Your name, email, business name, and everything you type into the tools sits there.

Lovable hosts the app and runs the AI gateway that routes your entries to Google Gemini for generation.

Google (Gemini) processes your entries to generate the introductions and offer analyses.

Your email may be added to our email list in ConvertKit so we can send you the link back to your saved work and, if you have not opted out, occasional emails from Becoming Irresistible. See the next section.

Yes. The email you give us to unlock the tools also subscribes you to our Becoming Irresistible list. We use it to send you the link back to your saved work, and to send you occasional emails about Becoming Irresistible, including new tools, workshops, and teaching. We are not going to pretend the email is only for a receipt.

You can unsubscribe from the marketing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing hello@becomingirresistible.com and asking to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not delete your saved work. See the deletion section for that.

We keep what you write for as long as you might want to come back to it, and to help us improve the tools. There is no fixed clock.

If you want your data deleted, email hello@becomingirresistible.com and ask. Include the email address you used to unlock the tools, because there is no account here and that is how we find your work. We will delete your entries, your generated results, and your profile from the database within 30 days and confirm by email.

We do not use tracking cookies. Your browser stores two small things locally so the tools work:

• A random anonymous id so your saved work is still there when you come back on the same browser. It is not tied to your identity outside this app.
• Your name, email, and business name after you unlock the tools, so we do not ask you again on the next visit.

It is not an advertising cookie. It is not shared with anyone. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and the tools will ask for your email again on the next visit.

You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@becomingirresistible.com from the email address you used to unlock the tools and we will take care of it within 30 days.

These tools are built for adults running a business. They are not for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use them.

If we change what we collect, who sees it, or how it is used, we will update this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email people on the list to tell them.
