The Needle Tools are two free tools that help you write a referral-ready introduction and analyse an offer against a teaching standard. That is it. There is no account, no paid tier, no upsell buried in a modal.

You own what you write and what the tools produce for you. Your introduction, your offer script, your scores, and every draft in between. Use them in your business freely. We do not claim your output and we do not sell it.

We own the app itself: the code, the teaching method behind it, the frameworks, the check library, the design, and the copy on these pages.

You agree not to:

• Resell or republish the tools or our underlying method as your own.
• Scrape the site or the generated output at scale.
• Run automated scripts or bots against the tools.
• Try to break, probe, or overload the system.

The introductions, the offer analyses, the scores, and the fixes are all generated by an AI model. Generated things are sometimes wrong. Read every line before you say it out loud, and read every fix before you rewrite anything.

Nothing the tools produce is business, legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice, and it is not a prediction of any result you will get in your business.

The irresistible score in the Offer Analyzer is a teaching tool. It measures your answers against a checklist we teach. It is not a valuation of your business, it is not a benchmark against anyone else, and it is not a promise about how your offer will perform in the market. It is our read, applied by a model, meant to help you see what is missing.

The tools are free. We can change them, restrict them, or take them offline at any time, for any reason. We will try to give notice for anything major, but we do not owe you access.

We provide these tools as is. We do our best to make them useful and to keep them running, but we cannot guarantee they will be available, accurate, or a fit for your business.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Irresistible Labs and Becoming Irresistible are not liable for lost revenue, lost clients, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential harm that follows from using or relying on the tools or their output. If a court still finds us liable for something despite this, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

If we update these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the tools after that means you are on the new terms.
